I have VIGI NVR1004H-4P + cameras HiLook PTZ-N4MP-P and I cannot set up intelligent events, only basic events and motion detection is possible. When I try to set up intelligent event I have error that there is no available channel while I have connected camera and it is registering video all the time.

We are not able to guarantee the compatibility of third-party cameras in the advanced events.
We recommend you use the VIGI camera to ensure the advanced events. As far as we know, there is no issue with the VIGI IPC and NVR.
