I just bought this switch, read the manual and need some help with the configuration.

I need to connect a WAN in every port and send all the VLANs through the Gigabit port. In the other side I will plug a Mikrotik Router and load balance all the WAN connections.

This is how much I figured out

1 - I need to set the VLAN MODE in Tag VLAN
2 - VLAN Tag Setting > Select "VLAN:2" > Port 2 Member: YES > Port2: Drop Tag > Port GIGA Member: YES > Port GIGA: Add Tag
3 - VLAN Tag Setting > Select "VLAN:3" > Port 3 Member: YES > Port3: Drop Tag > Port GIGA Member: YES > Port GIGA: Add Tag
......
4 - VLAN Tag Setting > Select "VLAN:16" > Port 16 Member: YES > Port16: Drop Tag > Port GIGA Member: YES > Port GIGA: Add Tag
5 - VLAN Tag Global Setting > set all the ports to "PASS"

Will this work OK? I need all one VLAN for each port, they must not see each other and all should pass through the GIGA ether port. In the other side, calling the VLANID I want to mount a DHCP client and get the DHCP configuration send by each WAN/VLAN.

Thank you for your time,
Regards

Actually I do not understand your requirements...Connect a WAN in every port? If you do not want every port to see each other, why use a switch??

Hi, tamahome

If you combine 4 ISP on one VLAN - ISP will ban you.
You need VLAN per ISP.

I. Configure LINK TYPE / PVID:

PORT 1 (ISP 1): PVID: 11; Link type: ACCESS; Egress RULE: UNTAG
PORT 2 (ISP 2): PVID: 12; Link type: ACCESS; Egress RULE: UNTAG
PORT 3 (ISP 3): PVID: 13; Link type: ACCESS; Egress RULE: UNTAG
PORT 4 (ISP 4): PVID: 14; Link type: ACCESS; Egress RULE: UNTAG
PORT 24 (MIKROTIK): PVID: 1; Link type: TRUNK; Egress RULE: TAG

See TP-Link TL-SG5428 User Guide -> PVID:
http://tplink-manuals.org/tplink-tl-sg5412f-sg5428-user-guide/66/

II. Create VLANs:
VLAN ID: 11; Description: ISP1; Members: port 1, 24
VLAN ID: 12; Description: ISP2; Members: port 1, 24
VLAN ID: 13; Description: ISP3; Members: port 1, 24
VLAN ID: 14; Description: ISP4; Members: port 1, 24

See TP-Link TL-SG5428 User Guide -> VLAN Config:
http://tplink-manuals.org/tplink-tl-sg5412f-sg5428-user-guide/65/

III. Configure your Mikrotik
1) Create 4 VLANs (11, 12, 13, 14) for WAN interface;
2) Create five L3 interfaces: 4 VLANs + LAN;
3) Configure Load Balancing and routing between 4 VLAN interfaces and LAN.
