How to "exploit" the load balance configuration between 2 diff dl/ul rate WANs?

How to "exploit" the load balance configuration between 2 diff dl/ul rate WANs?

Model : TL-R470T+
Hardware Version : V3
Firmware Version : 5.1.3 Build 20130831 Rel.57020s

Hi, the case is...
WAN1: 3mb/3mb symetric
WAN2: 30mb/2mb asymetric
Load Balance configuration:
Upstream & Downstream Bandwith on both WANs: 100000
Am I wasting the downstream bandwith of WAN2?
I do also have WAN3 & WAN4 configured with two ADSL 5mb/512k connections, but as you can see on Load Balance configuration, they're not participating of the balancing.
