TP-Link TL-R480T+ v4.0 - CPU utilization always at 1%

I would like to ask fellow TP-Link users if you were able to encounter the TL-R480T+ v4. The
GUI always shows 1% on its CPU utilization and sometimes it shows 100%.
The load balancer works fine except that its CPU utilizatio is always at 1% even if there are
more than 10 clients connected to it.
Any comments?
