RP108GE will not boot while connected to TL-SG3210xhp-m2

Hi!
I just got my new RP108GE and connected it to a TL-SG3210xhp-m2 with poe activated. The RP108GE does not boot!? Not working properly?
What is to do?
Kind regards,

Thank you Clive_A for your answer!
Does TP-Link offer a small managed switch with poe-in that can be powered by the TL-SG3210xhp-m2?
The RP108GE was the only (smaller) switch I could find and it is to connect a TV and a streaming-box to the net. No need to have 8 ports etc.

Power it with the small switch?
Nope. Most are standard PoE switches. Or unmanaged, small ones. But they use the regular power adapter. Got a few models like this but they are not standard PoE. I don't think we have one to meet your needs.

I got me one of your poe injectors so the switch is booting... But it is not seen by omada-controller!?
Logging into the switcht there is no menu-entry to specify the controller... I do have an RP108GE V1.2 - not supported??

Kind regards,
It is not listed as Omada compatible. As I recall.
This one's kind of special. The mainstream product line is about the standard PoE. Reverse power or Passive PoE injectors, switches are not included. This is the rule for years.
