Problem sync with ADSL

Region : Greece

Model : TL-R480T+

Hardware Version : V6

Firmware Version : 5.2.2 Build 20140422 Rel.59193s

ISP : FORTHNET

Hello.

I have set up the TL-R480T+ router with 2 ADSL routers on WAN 1 and WAN 2.
ADSL router on WAN 2 works fine.
Router on WAN 1 is :

PPPoE/Russian PPPoE

NETGEAR N300
Hardware Version DGN2200
Firmware Version V1.0.0.50_7.0.50
with a static IP from the Internet Server Provider

No matter what i have tried, i only get "Connecting..."
This is what i get from logs :

WAN1:PPPoE send PADR timeout.

Any ideas?

Thomas

If the router in WAN1 connects to your PC directly, can you access internet? What's the IP address obtained?
Connecting that router to WAN1 or WAN2 makes any difference?

I can access my router on WAN 1 (i have a second ethernet cable on in to another switch).
Right now I'm using my that router and the internet works just fine.
Setting the WAN 1 on static IP, does not solves the problem since the GW is different from the routers IP and i get an error that IP and GW must be on same GW.

I haven't tried changing the router on WAN 2, i will do that and let u know.

Thanks.

Nothing happend.
I even created a WAN 3... nothing.

I have a second TL-R480T+ and i added a 3rd router and i have the same problem.
I really don't know what else to check.

Any ideas would be great.

thank you.

I'm really disappointed by the TP-Link support...
Awful.
First time in my life have i seen such indifference.
Does anybody from the TP-Link support company watches that forum?
I even send an e-mail and had no reposnse.

1. You didn't answer what I said. I cannot figure out what's wrong.
2. Under network---WAN, WAN ports is 1, 2 or 3?
3. Ensure that you can access internet when PC is connected to any of your ADSL routers directly. This is very important.
4. If you have no static IP from your ISP, just choose dynamic IP and check if there is WAN IP address obtained.
5. Under network---LAN, change its IP address to 192.168.2.1 to see if it helps.
6. Where did you send the email to? I know here should be the right place to do so. http://ticket.tp-link.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit

1) Both my Routers have DHCP disabled and have static IP from LAN (see picture). I enabled DHCP on both Routers and WAN 1 and WAN 2 now gets IP from the routers (DHCP Router 1 : 192.168.1.1 and DHCP Router 2
2) Ports WAN 1 and WAN 2
3) Internet is working fine with both modems
4) I changed it to Dynamic and i get an ip from my DHCP Router
5) Why do i have to change my LAN ip to 192.168.2.1?

For some reason, i can't even pass the test from the "Diagnostics" menu.

R480T+ and ADSL Routers' LAN IP should be in different subnet to avooid IP conflict.
It is strange to see what all IPs in the topology are in the same subnet.
Change 480T+'s LAN IP to 10.10.11.210 to try.

I even changed the R480T+ and ADSL on different subnet mask.
Why is it strange to have all the IP in the same subnet?

Let's make some things clear, maybe I'm doing something wrong :

1) All my ADSL Routers connect with Dynamic IP with PPPPoE to my ISP (even if i get the same IP). Do i have to enable DHCP on my Routers so for the R480T+ to get an IP, or can i do it with some other way? I tried setting my R480T+ to PPPPoE , but
got the error code "WAN1:PPPoE send PADR timeout."
2) Do i have to enable any users or group on R480T+ or i can just
