I want to use CPE210 as a client and Genexis dual band router as AP. Survey find my router and I can lock to AP. But Wireless Signal Quality shows allways N/A and also there is no signal lights (only power and LAN) and of course no Internet from CPE port.  All my other wifi equipments works with that router, and also wifi analyser find 2.4GHz signal. 

 

I also tried to put my 4G wifi router to AP and with that CPE210 client worked perfect.

 

So what is the reason? Genexis router cant work with CPE210? My friend have another type Genexis router after fibre and also same result with that: cant connect CPE210 as a client.

The screenshot is a little unclear but I can still tell that the Root AP SSID is N/A. Normally, it should display the SSID of the router.

 

Based on the current analysis, this does not appear to be a problem with the CPE device, as you previously confirmed that the **CPE210 client worked perfectly when connected to a 4G Wi-Fi router in AP mode**.  

The issue is **most likely caused by restrictions from your fiber provider**. We recommend contacting them for further assistance.

When the CPE is linked to the Genexis router:

What IP address will a device get when connecting to the client CPE? Please make sure the device is configured as DHCP so it can obtain IP address from the DHCP server.

Please also show a screenshot of the CPE Status page.

 

 

Please try the following:

1. change the channel of the Genexis router;

2. move the CPE closer to the router;

3. change the security mode of the Genexis router and make sure the CPE had the same one;

4. factory reset the CPE and config again.

Hi,

Almous everything tested allready earlier. Can't modified router because it is administer by Fibre provider.

CPE is very close (7m). 

Security mode is the same.
