R600VPN - PPTP VPN connects on windows, but not Andriod or IOS
Region : UnitedStates
Model : TL-R600VPN
Hardware Version : V2
Firmware Version : 1.2.3 Build 140801 Rel.49374n
ISP : Time Warner and AT&T
Hi Purchased a R600VPN about 2 weeks ago (3/1/2015)
Was able to get it up and running with no problemm I can connect Windows PCs to the VPN
I'm using PPTP.
However when I try connecting using Ubuntu, Android or iPhone IOS I can not get connected
it attempts to connect times out after a 2 seconds then says disconnected.
I rebooted the router several times
I can connect sometimes on the Samsung S5, I also have Tab 3 that I'm testing this with as well.
I've tried using my Time warner Home Network and m AT&T mobile network on both devices.
Why would the VPN work with Windows (8.1 and 7) and not work with any other OS??
Again hit or miss, mostly miss
here's my info
I just upgraded the firmware to see if it would work but still to no avail
Thanks in advance
