NO public IPv6 on CPE's connected to router

Model : Archer C5
Hardware Version :
Firmware Version : 3.14.1
ISP : Telenet
When I set up the router for IPv6 CPE devices do not get a public IPv6 address in the IPv6 address prefix range. testen this with the IPv6 Address assign Type SLAAC and DHCPv6.
Router gets a IPv6 WAN IP, IPv6 DNS servers and IPv6 AP assigned.
