VIGI NVR2016H V1.2

 

Device has become bricked after power outage, logo screen shows on screen but unable to access recovery mode page.

LAN led stays a solid colour if ethernet is connected on boot, no activity on port.

Have tried hard reset.

Unable to connect to previously set IP address or default. before and after reset.

There were two drives connected. Have tried with both drives in, removing one, removing both and having no drives, and have tried removing both & installing a new drive. All makes no difference.

Power outage is not within the warranty.

Please use a surge protector plug or power strip.

 

You can try with the local support team for RMA. The forum does not provide any RMA support.
