This is more related to the ' TP-Link VIGI 2.6.44 (Android 5.0+) TP-Link VIGI' than the actual NVR system.

 

I've already rolled back to version 2.5.32, using 2.6.44 disabling the notify notifications does not work.

 

Turning off the Event Notifications or even the management of my NVR still causes the system to send notifications to my phone. I was able to replicate this issue comparing the two different version 2.6.44 and 2.5.32.

 

In 2.6.44, i tried the following;

- Navigate to notifications settings > disable event notifications (notification is still sent)

- Navigate to notifications settings > management > disable the VIGI NVR (notification is still sent)

- Navigate to notifications settings > management > NVR system > disable the camera (notification is still sent)

- Navigate to notifications settings wait for it to load > navigate back to notifications > navigate to notification settings > disable event notifications (notification is still sent)

- Attempt steps above both on wifi and cellular

 

Reviewing these replication steps i tried in 2.5.32 and no issue, disabling the notifications just works without any need to wait.
