Hello,

My client have 2 CPE610 that he purchase 2 months ago, he has installed them and they worked as expected, but after two months the AP that is on client mode stop receive the signal from th AP, 

I tried to change cables, power adapter .. nothing happens

So i decide to reset the and reconfigure.

The one that is AP mode is resets normally, but the one that is on client mode doesn't reset, i tried reset the access point from the button and from the bottom on the power adapter but still the same problem plus i cant access to her web UI (when i plug the cable on my pc there is no ethernet link means the pc does not read the network interface)

this picture describe more (sometimes the data LED blinking in a fast way but nothing change)

This CPE for a client and i'm obliged to find a solution.

It seems like the unit is defective. You may contact your retailer to check the warranty.

Hi  @StilAlive 

 

To factory reset the CPE610 succussfully, we need to use a pin/pen to press and hold the reset hole for around 5 seconds. Normally, you will see some LED changes.

 

 

If there is always no change on the LED status, please keep the CPE powered off for around half an hour, and try again.

  @Vincent-TP Thank u for ur reponse, but i kept the CPE powered off for around 5 hours and I repeate the process but nothing change, still reset factory not working, even i plug the cable on my Eth network card and the pc does not recognize the CPE.
