Omada Cloud Based Controller 5.15.20 and EAP 245 V3

ich bin zu dumm.....
ich habe zwei EAP245 V3 die ich in der Cloud steuern möchte.
TP link acoount erstellt. eingeloggt. Controller erstellt. beispielName: Heinnetz -> Site erstellt -> Hausnetzwerk.
EAP245 mit einen poe netzteil angeschlossen fritzbx 6660 cable lan 2-> poe netzteil -> lan an eap245 poe.
Ip über fritzbox erkannt.
oberfläche vom EAP geöffnet und dort Nutzer und PW erstellt -> dann kommt das
wenn ich in der cloud dann den EAP via SN einfügen will steht in der cloud vorkonfiguriert.
Von alleine findet er den nicht.
ich habe kein plan was ich nun machen soll.... schon tausendmal den EAP resetet und wieder aus der cloud gelöscht. auch tage lang angelassen usw usw...
Wie bekomme ich den Mist die in die Cloud damit ich das via APP auch ersehen kann welche clients usw drin sind.
Ich kapier es einfach nicht.
Das netz ist leider auch sehr dürftig mit anleitungen zu tp link omada ....
Ich hoffe jemand kann mit eine idioten sichere anleitung geben.
Ich möchte doch nur einfach überall im Haus mein Wlan :(

es funktioniert nun so wie ich das will.
Die Lösung war in prinzip sehr einfach.
Nach dem Telefonischen SUPER support, an der stelle noch mal vielen vielen vielen Dank an den super MA vom Tel support, hat es dann auch geklappt.
Lösung ist recht einfach: Wenn man KEINEN TP Link router hat ( wie in meinem Fall eine Fritzbox ) ist es wichtig das Subnetz von der Fritzbox in dem Cloud Manager einzutragen.
Unter Einstellungen - Lan - TP verwendet SUBNETZ 192.168.0.1 <- das muss man dann auf die vom seinem Router ändern.
und schon werden alle Geräte gefunden und angezeigt.

If you are using the cloud essentials, then no need for licenses.
You mentioned that you have 2 EAP245 v3, are they both having this issue? please share with us a screenshot of the device page of the controller.
Please also try to adopt the EAP245 via the inform URL.
One more thing we want to confirm, you mentioned that the EAP works under standalone mode, did you mean, when connecting to the EAPs' default SSID, you can access to the Internet?
If you don't mind, please create a test SSID under standalone mode and check again. (when test, please make sure the phone's mobile data is turn off)

Wenn ich den Software controller starte kann ich in der software auf dem PC meine EAP sehen und einbinden. Das funktioniert super so wie es sein soll.
Dann schalte ich den PC aus und die EAP sind isoliert und kein Internet mehr. Bleiben diese jedoch im standalone betrieb also ohne controller bleiben die mit dem internet verbunden.
Ich bekomme die verbindung vom software controller zum cloud controller nicht hin.
Unter der adresse finde ich alles wie es sein soll.
unter dieser adresse finde ich garnichts
beides die selben anmelde daten.
cloud zugang ist auch aktiviert...
keine ahnung warum ich den software controller nicht im cloud controller sehe....

This is a URL for software controller, which is the premise controller on the cloud platform. See below:
To get this page, you need to click Manage Organization.
To make the controller online, you need to keep the controller software PC running. That is to say, when you trying to access the controller via cloud access, the software controller (PC) should be able to access to the cloud.
If you want to use Omada cloud essential, no need for the software controller. It's a different kind of controller from cloud essential.
To manage the EAP with a cloud essential controller, you need to factory reset it first.
Note: Omada cloud essentail has less feature than the Omada software controller.
FYI:
The Omada cloud-based controller offers the Essential version of cloud services for free, while the Standard version, which includes advanced features, requires a license.
The cloud access of Omada Hardware Controller or Software Controller is free.
