I have noticed a problem with the controller in one of my locations. The Firmware section does not display any information about the devices, even though there are 12 devices in this location.

I also noticed that after entering SITE > Devices, there is no option to check for firmware updates (there is no appropriate icon next to the devices).

Could you help me determine what could be causing this problem?
