Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 5.15.20.17

We use Omada SDN solution on Windows 2022 server. After that last updates we see these email notifications:

CLIENT INFO [client:A8-B8-E0-07-81-EB:A8-B8-E0-07-81-EB] went offline from network "Default" on ......
went offline from network "LAN-PROD" and so on

Interesting, also for connected clients which are always online, we see those ....went offline from network xxxxxx.

Why we see these emails notifications for clients which are always online? Also we have tried to disable those notifications (client connects and client disconnect), but it doesn't matter, we still do get those emails notifications. Bug in Omada?

Hi  @MrEnergy

To better understand the issue, could you provide a specific example to elaborate?

For example, please list a full log (mask the MAC address), telling us which network is the client connected to, wired or wireless, and what's the two related networks are, etc.

Will all clients have this log? Or only occurs on certain clients?

  @MrEnergy
These below logs (a little example) are flooding our Mail servers, therefore we switched the Omada Mailservice off, for the time being. Espacially those mentioned clients in the below logs are always online clients  and never went offline. It doesn't matter on which VLAN the clients are, or how there are connected (Copper, fiber etc).
