Wii U online games and TL-ER6120

Hi all,
I am having major trouble trying to get my Wii U to join online games. The port requirements from Nintendo are not documented with the general advice being to put the Wii in a DMZ.
Unfortunately after doing this I am only able to join games very rarely (usually after 40 or so attempts). I gave the Wii a public IP address and plugged it into the provider cable and I was able to join online without any issues, so this is definitely an issue with the firewall.
Could somebody verify my DMZ settings below, to ensure I haven't missed anything?
System Mode: NAT
DMZ Mode: Private
DMZ IP Address: 192.168.2.1
NAT-DMZ: Enable
Host IP Address: 192.168.2.100
I then plugged the Wii directly into the DMZ port, giving it an IP address of 192.168.2.100 and a GW of 192.168.2.1
I assume this is all the configuration this is needed?
Thanks!
