When I try to adopt the EAP110, I get a message "Can't authenticate adopt info." Any ideas?

You should use the username/password of the EAP to adopt it. I am afraid you are using the wrong username and password combination. I have found an FAQ on TP-LINK website which may help you. http://www.tp-link.com/en/faq-893.html
