no i would not recommend it, it is very slow. install either on a Windowss pc or on respberry pi 5 . Omada can run on multiple platforms, windows, linux

No, you cannot install Omada on your phone. But you can use an app to manage some functions after the controller is installed. But if you only have one router, it may be easier for you to use the router stand alone
