Just bought the EAP110. It does work, but my security camera still loses connection.

I use it to connect my security camera to my NVR. I still lose connection about 20% of the time.  The camera is about 250 ft away from the TP Link WAC.  Is there a TP Link device that would work better for me in this situation?

Hi  @rush9317

Cameras consume higher bandwidth and require a more stable wireless connection to maintain performance.

The EAP110-Outdoor may struggle with signals beyond 250 feet.

Recommendation:
If you only have one camera, we suggest using the CPE210 instead—its directional antenna provides stronger signal reliability.

For your situation, you need to configure it as Access Point mode.
