Model: CPE710
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version:

Hi everyone,

I'm currently configuring a TP-Link CPE710 as an Access Point, and I’ve run into an issue where I can’t change the channel width — the option is not there.

Setup Details:

  • Mode: Access Point

  • Frequency Band: 5GHz

  • Country Code: [Insert your selected region or country]

  • Trying to change from: 20MHz to 40MHz or 80MHz

  • Client Device: TP-Link CPE710 (also tested from browser and app)

What I've Tried:

  • Factory reset

  • Different browsers (Chrome, Edge)

Question:

Has anyone experienced this before? I have tried updating software using the .bin file provided on tp link web as well but got the prompt hardware not compatible.
