when i run the iperf3 i see the following

iperf3 -c 192.168.3.10 -t 10000 -P 4

[  5]   1.00-2.00   sec  29.9 MBytes   251 Mbits/sec    0    306 KBytes
[  7]   1.00-2.00   sec  29.3 MBytes   246 Mbits/sec    0    376 KBytes
[  9]   1.00-2.00   sec  29.3 MBytes   246 Mbits/sec    0    306 KBytes
[ 11]   1.00-2.00   sec  29.4 MBytes   247 Mbits/sec    0    262 KBytes
[SUM]   1.00-2.00   sec   118 MBytes   988 Mbits/sec    0

both hosts are in the same l2 segment

I expect a total speed of 3000 mb.

Static and LACP LAGs generally (industry wide that is, not just omada) do not aggregate speed.  so 3x1gbit does not get you a 3gbit link.

What it does give you is 3x1gbit virtual links on one virtual port - so it can load balance across those three links.

Think of if like adding more lanes to a road.  The road is still limited100mph, but more cars can go along it the wider it gets at full speed.

Main: ER8411 x1, SG3428X x1, SG3452 x1, SG2428LP x1, SG3210 x1, SG2218P x1, SG2008P x3, ES208G x1, EAP650 x6 Remote: ER7206 v2 x1, ER605 v2 x3, SG2008P x2, EAP650 x2, ES205G x1 Controller: OC300
