Model: VIGI NVR4032H  
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.4.0 Build 250511 Rel.69180n

I've already enabled Channel Zero in the settings, but I can't find it anywhere. I've tried the mobile app (Android), web browser, and VIGI Security Manager, but I still can't locate it.

 

Also, is it possible to access it remotely via RTSP?

RTSP format:

rtsp://ip/live/0/1/avm

live means live stream. Only live stream for channel zero. 

0 means channel zero.

1 means mainstream, yet there is only mainstream for channel zero.

 

Note that your firmware has to be the latest one before you can access it.

Thanks so much for the update! I was able to access Channel Zero via RTSP!

 

However, in my tests, I could only view the live channel using the admin user, which isn't ideal. Would it be possible for a user from the operators group to view it?
