Looking for AP which has 4 LAN port and L2 switch capability

I'm looking for an enterprise-grade WiFi access point which has 4 LAN port and L2 switch capability for those ports as I need it to works with trunk VLANs on 4 LAN port. Can anyone suggest model please?

I would describe it as "AP with managed L2 switch port" or vice versa.

Wall mount AP would provide such a thing with more than 2 ports. Go ahead and discuss this on the EAP page.
