I cant add the solar system, tp-link vigi Sp9030 in the app or in the VMS. It is connected directly to a 4g c540 camera but i get the same error message when i Connect it direectly to LAN.
It says.
The device may not support VMS or upgrade it to the latest firmware and try again.
I cant upgrade the firmware if i cant add the device ?
can someone help ?
Use the VIGI app and do not use any sort of VMS.
Add the device without the VMS, from the regular VIGI app and VIGI camera.
If an accessory does not support VMS, that means the accessory has not yet been supported. The proper firmware upgrade is required.
