I would like to see real-time netflow from clients and devices, several of your competitors are able to achieve this within 1-2 seconds of the utilization of the network resources. Please advise if this is on your roadmap I would expect this coming but, the current 5 min or 15sec refresh intervals is not "real-time". Also, if this can be included in the Map or some other Graphical representation of network traffic to show the traffic flow that would be awesome.

  @Bombbombbomb  I have also requested this feature in the last but they said that it would be intensive for the router and controller's processor.

  @Bombbombbomb

Thank you for the response however, I don't believe that to be true. There are several competitors that have less powerful hardware and are able to provide that information, An example of this is ubiquiti has a less powerful router than the ER8411 and is able to provide all the routing functionality plus the controller and real-time traffic flow. Or, Asus or Eero, who has less powerful hardware and are able to provide that information.

TPLink I would expect this on the radar and roadmap for future implementations, even if this "software controller" only functionality due to the hardware limitations of the oc200/300 controllers.

Any other response is welcome.

Thank You

I’ve been looking forward to this ever since I set up my Omada access point in 2023—it’s a game-changer for businesses using the Omada ecosystem.

So...

My friend mentioned something I really see in Ubiquiti products that really surprises me, sometimes making me reconsider whether it's time to reinvest in this area.
I knew Ubiquiti long before Omada, and back then it was very surprising.
Omada was a game-changer, offering high-quality products with excellent value for money.
However, I believe there are things that should be present in Omada products and that make us nostalgic about returning to Ubiquiti or third-party products.
Price can't be an excuse for not having the features that are widely needed.
One feature I saw in a Ubiquiti router that I didn't even know existed is the option to remap ports, whatever they may be. This is an incredible feature, and if the limitation is the hardware, two questions need to be asked:
1. If others can do it, isn't it time to look at and redesign the Omada system so that it can be executed while supporting more features? 2- If it's not possible to redesign the Omada environment for this purpose, why not expand the hardware configurations? I can't imagine increasing SoCs to 4 or 8 cores, and RAM to 4GB and 8GB, isn't possible. There are so many ARM-type devices available at really attractive prices for software. However, I much prefer a platform prepared and designed like the controllers, which have predictability and protections, very different from what software would do.

TP-Link, please look at these details.
I really like the Omada environment and want to see it grow even further.
