I exposed a problem I have with my NVR and camera where I don't want to record 24/7, I only want to record specific events (e.g. human and vehicle detections). My feature request is being able to record each event from the beginning to the end (right now, the recordings are aborted before the end, and miss important seconds). The delay time (post-padding) of a few seconds, settable in the NVR settings, does help, but it doesn't work as expected: sometimes there are indeed x number of seconds after a footage if the event is short, but if the event is lengthy (e.g. intruders loitering), the video is suddenly aborted, regardless. I hope my feature request will be addressed in a future firmware upgrade.
