Hello,
Got 2 brand new EAP 120 AP today. Got them up and then upgraded firmware. This was big mistake i assume, because they do not work properly anymore.
Wont respond to tplinkeap.net anymore.
Cant see firmware version
Both in Standalone mode at this point also, cant switch to Cluster because there is no option.
Only can accsess via IP adress.

Tried to reset but no luck there, only resets SSID and user/password section.

Upgraded to EAP120_V1_150709

So do i have any options here or need to send both back?

Hi caliente , I would tell you that if you have upgraded firmware of the EAP ,reseting the EAP couldn't work. Maybe you can try to upgrade your EAP to the older version to make sure whether it could work like before.

I would also advise you to upgrade your EAP to the older version then upgrade to EAP120_V1_150709.

Hello,
Thanks for input guys, got my units replaced by reseller.
Did try to flash over cable.
Since they are working i wont be messing with firmware to be safe this time :)
