if i use cpe 710 as access point antenna with 1000 mbps lan port
and client cpe 605 with 100 mbps lan port
and use another cpe 710 as client with 1000 mbps lan port
question is it still my cpe 710 access point is in 1000mbps lan port even if i put cpe 605 client ????

Yes.
In any network connection path involving routers, Ethernet cables, access points, and client devices, the link speed will always be constrained by the slowest component in the chain.
If you are connecting to the CPE710 access point, and the CPE605 is not involved, the speed won't be affected by the CPE605.
