Per ticket TKID240919126 from last year, we have had several firmware updates on controller, switches, EAPs etc since then.

I have just tested the issue that i raised on this ticket, and the problem remains.  Your R&D and support confirmed the issue 

Is there any update to this?

In brief:  EAP650 v1 (the only model i have to test, might effect others as well) is hard- limited to 220ish mbit down when a rate limit per ssid or client is applied to the WLAN, regardless if the rate limit setting is higher than 220.  Removal of the rate limit and the speed increases to maximum possible immediately.  Setting the rate limit to anything lower than 220ish works fine.

Currently running all the latest firmware on everything.
