Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 5.15.24.18

This Omada controller is not very easy to work with.
I have tre units (so far) conected and controlled by my Omada Controller.
My units are:
ER605 v2.20 v.2.3.0
SG2210MP v5.0 v5.0.8
EAP653(EU) v1.0 v1.1.3

Can someone please tell me why all units are listed as "Incompatible" under "Configuration Results"?

I really hate "error" or "warnings" messages/notifications that's impossible to get rid of.

The messages are just information, but it should be possible to get rid of this. As it is now, one can think that the configuration/setup is worng!!

I also just ran into this problem and I don't think your reply is really an answer at all.

I have:  OC200 which just updated to firmware version 2.21.7 Build 20250707 Rel.72486 (Stable)

Now, all devices:

EAP225-Outdoor(US) v1.0

5.1.11 Build 20250401 Rel. 50587

EAP245(US) v3.0

5.2.0 Build 20240914 Rel. 59923

EAP610(US) v2.0

1.4.3 Build 20250520 Rel. 45372

ER605 v1.0

1.3.1 Build 20231207 Rel.61384

ES220GMP v1.0

1.0.1 Build 20250609 Rel.73941

are showing as Incompatible.

I, as well as the original poster, would like to know that our system configuration is correct.  If there really is a configuration problem, how do we fix it?

They arent incompatible.  Its a bad coice of word to besically tell you what their "limits are"

All omada devices show up here, its normal, ignore it

If you look on the details on the righs, its literally just saying things like :this device supports XXX ACLs etc"

Main: ER8411 x1, SG3428X x1, SG3452 x1, SG2428LP x1, SG3210 x1, SG2218P x1, SG2008P x3, ES208G x1, EAP650 x6 Remote: ER7206 v2 x1, ER605 v2 x3, SG2008P x2, EAP650 x2, ES205G x1 Controller: OC300

Hi  @Jimichan

We cannot call this as a "problem".  The Controller is designed to manage all SDN products and thus encompasses functionalities across the entire product line. However, certain features may not be supported by specific devices.

When you see this message, it most likely indicates that a configured feature failed to apply to your device.

For example, if you attempt to configure 6GHz-related settings, the operation will be invalid, and this incompatible message will appear accordingly.
