How to urtilize more than one static IP on TL-R470T+

Hardware Version : Not Clear

Hello:
I have a TL-R470T+ wan balancing router configured with a static IP for WAN1 and not using the WAN2 port.
I have 6 static IP's based on my 255.255.255.248 mask (/29)
I cannot bean into my router on any of the other IP addresses (.10-.14)
Can you please tell me what I cam doing incorrectly?
I'm wondering if I need to put a switch before my router and set the WAN2 port up with a different static IP....but that way, the most I could use would be 4?? Seems strange. (I would be OK with only using 4 if that is the correct approach)
Thank you for any assistance.
Ben
