Im a novice at best and need advice 

I'm looking at changing my setup at home

Presently im using an Asus ROG GT-BE98 with dual wan with load balance enabled connected to a TP-LINK jetstream tl-sg3428xpp-m2 managed switch with a few Asus ai mesh routers connected 

The issue i have is the Asus router does not do notifications. 

I was thinking of getting TP-Link er605 to handle the dual wan and OC200 controller to allow notification both email and push to phone app. 

Can someone confirm if it is possible to get notification when either wan fails and load balance is load balance bonding.

Also can the setup be as follows 

Fibre A ONT

Fibre B ONT

Tp-link ER605 router, wan A and B with load balance 

Asus router GT-BE98 to manage all routing for now

TP-LINK jetstream tl-sg3428xpp-m2 24-port 

TP-LINK OC200 controller via poe
