i am Sreekumar, I am an installer. 

Very recently i am facing an issue with the Vigi NVR 1008H model. I can hear the audio of the footage when recorded from a live view. It plays in Vigi Gallery ( My Photos ) as well as from the cell phone when shared through whatsapp. But if i download or record from the play back, i can hear the audio from Vigi app. But i cannot hear the audio where i shared on the phone through whatsapp. Many times, approached the issue with the TP link service but there was no result. The service personnel said that the issue has been escalated to Tp-Link. So i request somebodys help to get rid off from this issue.
