On-Premises Systems tab missing in Omada Cloud Portal (intermittent)
Hello,
I have two OC200 controllers (Cloud Access enabled, both show Connected in local UI). Until today, both controllers were visible under the On-Premises Systems tab in the Omada Cloud Portal (web interface). Suddenly, that tab disappeared from the portal. It is becoming more and more frequent and for extended periods more than 24 hours now.

Controllers: 2 × OC200 (different firmware versions, both worked fine until today) 2 different locations

Browsers tested: Chrome & Firefox on Linux Mint PC + laptop, Chrome & Firefox on Android tablet → same issue everywhere

Networks tested: home broadband and LTE → same result

Mobile app: Both controllers still visible and fully manageable

Web portal: On-Premises Systems tab missing (sometimes appears briefly, then disappears again)

Timeline:

First, my laptop stopped showing the tab, but my PC still had it open in an existing session.

After refreshing that PC tab, the On-Premises Systems tab disappeared there too.

A little while later, the tab briefly reappeared on my Android tablet, but disappeared again without me changing anything.
This looks like an intermittent backend issue on TP-Link’s cloud servers, since the mobile app always works and the web portal API sometimes returns nothing.
Can TP-Link confirm if there’s a known outage or issue with the Omada Cloud Portal?
