cannot connect CPE510 to Archer C20, why?

I am trying to connect CPE10 as AP and Archer C20 as an extender. I configured Archer C20 in extender mode and was able to pick up the CPE510 SSID and save it. I am connected to CPE210 2Ghz ssid but there is no net. I want to use the Archer C20 5Ghz to connect to CPE510(distance is about 350m, picked the SSID so?) and use the 2Ghz for local wifi.
Why is that archer c20 cannot connect to CPE510 in 5Ghz extender mode?

Hi @directmedia
The CPE510 can transmit WiFi signals over 350 meters, but the Archer C20 cannot. Wireless communication requires bidirectional connectivity.
Long distance wireless connection concerns when using outdoor access point
For your situation, below is the recommended installation:
Internet source--CPE510_AP mode))) 350m (((CPE510_Client mode---Archer C20_Wireless router mode or AP mode.

@Vincent-TP thanks.
I read that CPE510 can cover 15km PtP with two CPE510 is it true?
I am looking for products for WISP network, i am looking for base station outdoor AP and receiver for clients. I want to cover large distance as much as possible. can you perhaps recommend some.thanks.

Hi @directmedia
Technically, it's possible for CPE510.
However, outdoor wireless performance is highly susceptible to environmental factors like weather conditions and signal interference, especially over long distances.
Currently, the longest-range product we have is the CPE710, which theoretically supports up to 30KM—though real-world performance would inevitably be lower.
May I ask what approximate transmission distance you require?

@Vincent-TP thanks for the advice. I have successfully used two CPE510 for PtP from covering 350m. I want to test the CPE710 which works on 5AC so i think it will also pair with ubiquiti 5AC based lite beam, lite AP etc. I tried to connect CPE510 with lite AP but I think the 5ac protocol is not supported by CPE510.
