OC300 Does not save logs
When I go to check the logs the lists are always blank, do you know what could happen?

The strange thing is that when the device loses connection, it alerts me on my cell phone.

Hi @acascante
Thanks for posting here.
The logs are primarily categorized into two levels: Alerts and Events.
The strange thing is that when the device loses connection, it alerts me on my cell phone.
Since this incident was classified as an Event-level log, it won't appear in the Alert interface. Please switch to the Events interface to check if the Controller has generated corresponding logs.

You can verify which level each event belongs to on the following pages:

Device Connected and Disconnected are unser Events > Device
