Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.36.7 Build 20250707 Rel.72474

Hello:

I hope you can help me.

Last Sunday, my OC200 suddenly went offline. No changes has been made to my PLDT Fiber modem router ZTE F607L settings and my OC200. It just suddenly went offline.

I went to investigate further after a number of tries I was not getting anywhere. I then used my TP Link 4G modem router and it worked. So its definitely its a setting on my PLDT Fiber modem router ZTE F607L. My provider definitely pushed a setting on my modem router last Sunday that made my OC200 become disconnected from the cloud. I just don't know what setting it is. I called my service provider and asked them about it and they simply said they do not know. I think they are just keeping mum on what setting it is.

I already tried the following:

1.) Disabled firewall as it might be blocking my OC200, still not working.

2.) Disabled the Anti-DoS Attack setting, still not working.

3.) Added my OC200 to the DMZ, still not working.

Also my OC200 can be found on the network as I can see it on the list of devices when I check on the PLDT Fiber modem router ZTE F607L. My modem router has assigned it with an IP address.

Those of you who had the same issue as I have, please help me out. Thank you so much.

Hi Vincent,

Yup. That is what I did. I made my service provider's modem into a bridge and bought the TP-Link Archer AX23 as my modem router. All is good now the OC200 cloud led is lighting up without issues.

Hi  @ArisMillet

Thanks for posting here.

What's the LED status of the OC200? Is it flashing?

Here is a guide introduce the Omada Cloud’s domain names, you can add the domains to the firewall whitelist and see if the situation still persists.

When I use the provided modem router of my service provider ZTE F607L. The cloud led light does not light up at all, it only blinks a couple of times during initalization. If I use my backup 4G modem router there is no problem. The cloud led lights up. So there is definitely a setting on my service provider's modem router that is blocking access to the OC200 to connect to the cloud. As I have mentioned the device gets an IP address from the modem router and I can see the device listed on my modem router's device list.

I already called my service provider and they would not tell me what changed. I think they are feigning ignorance.

Hi  @ArisMillet

Since your backup 4G modem works fine, the issue is definitely with the ZTE F607L’s configuration.

If the ISP refuses to help, you can try bridge their modem and use your own router instead.
