  @Dr_Marty No - so far I can't get to the console. I have tried methods described on https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/3146/ and https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/3177/ from windows and mac computers respectively via micro-usb cable - and it seems that usb com/tty device goes up and down with ~2s period. As if device reboots during initialization early on.

  @AStuk

Thank you for your post. Based on the symptoms, the switch may have crashed. Please check whether you can still ping the switch’s IP address—use a PC directly connected to the switch for this test. If the switch responds to pings and you can log in, try to export its log file; note that any logs will be lost if you have already rebooted the device.

If you can access the CLI, please run the following commands to collect diagnostic information for us:

enable
debug show dump-info

Our official FAQ explains how to connect via SSH/Telnet—please refer to that document.Typical CLI Configuration Examples for TP-Link JetStream Switch

If none of the above steps work, the switch may have suffered a hardware failure. In that case, you can contact your retailer or our official support team to arrange a warranty replacement.

  @Ethan-TP Unfortunately switch appears to be completely unresponsive. I can't ping it, connect to CLI via SSH, or via RJ45 RS232, or mini USB console. I went ahead and opened RMI request RUS-250909-071921

Thank you!
