Here are a few features that I find are missing after installing the EAP 120's with the controller software at a motel. A feature request list.

[*]The ability to set the date/time saved to nvram
[*]The EAP controller reboot function needs an offset so that the entire network does not reboot all at the same time. Unless you choose manual channels (a good idea anyway) the auto feature will have an incomplete picture to set wireless channels because the other ap's are not active leaving it to just background noise.
[*]Ability to set fine grained user access features to the eap controller. It would be nice to have a user be able to reboot an AP (for troubleshooting) without also granting the same user unlimited access to set (or misconfigure) every setting. Something between operator and observer.
[*]The statistics page shows total connected clients and total data moved. Yet the most useful piece of information is bandwidth to monitor network resource usage... is missing. It would really be a benefit to know how much bandwidth each user, each AP and the total wireless is using, even if it was just an average for that time slice.
[*]When you block a user the only way to reinstate them is to dig through the insight log. At the very least there should be a filter to show only the blocked users.
[*]A clearer distinction/ explanation as to what a "User" is and a "Guest" is. Every connected device on this network is run through a captive portal yet 50% of the users are listed as "Guest" Why are there so many "Users"?
[*]A column that indicates the type of wireless device (b,g, or n) in the client list would be beneficial to track device types for optimization.

There are sure to be more features that pop up as time goes by.
