Your current firmware is quite old. Please visit our official website to download the latest firmware and upgrade the switch, then test again.Firmware Download
In addition, verify whether features such as multicast filtering, unknown-multicast drop, or storm control are enabled on the switch; if they are, disable them and retest.
If the issue persists after the firmware upgrade, please provide:
- your network topology
- VLAN configuration screenshots
- IGMP configuration screenshots
- a port-mirror packet capture that clearly shows the query frames being dropped
