When I open the Vigi app, it tries to connect to the camera as it was last closed. For example, we're viewing live footage in HD (high definition). We close the app, and the next time it opens, it tries to open directly in HD, which takes much longer to establish the connection than opening in SD first. Is it possible to configure it so that when the app opens, the footage is always shown in SD first?
Thank you for your feedback. At present, the resolution can only be changed manually before the connection is established; the next time you open the stream, it will start with the previously configured resolution. If you need it to open in SD, you must manually set the resolution to SD before closing the session. We will forward your suggestion to the relevant team.
