Bridge APs dropout
I have a switch, then 3 APs connected to a client Bridge from the main bridge at the house. Bridges. have excellent connection, -44db. However, the APs will disconnect, dropout, readopt constantly. Sometimes the switch does as well. Very frustrating. Now i know enough to be dangerous with networking, but Im at a loss. Also since having these bridges up and going for a couple weeks, I constantly get alerts in the controller saying the topology has changed. I need some help. Thanks

Thanks for posting here.
To understand the situation, please share with us the following info:
1. A screenshot of the Device page of the controller;
2. What kind of controller you are using, whats the firmware version;
3. A screenshot of the topology page;
4. How far is the distance between the EAP units?
However, the APs will disconnect, dropout, readopt constantly.
>>>Will the Internet affected? Or just the AP disconnect from the controller?
In the meantime, you may refer to the following to optimize the performance:

I am using the OC200 controller, and its on firmware version 1.36.7 Build 20250707 Rel.72474
The distance between bridges is probably 100 feet direct line of sight, jjust straight across the driveway.
The topology page is probably useless because it has never been correct since day 1of setting up the network 4 months ago.

The topology doesn't show a bridge.
Are you using an EAP bridge KIT to connect devices between the two sites? Aside from the inaccurate topology display and some devices dropping from the controller, are there any network issues? If so, how can you restore the Internet?
Is it possible to draw an accurate topology diagram based on the actual setup?

Yes the bridge kit is from my house to my shop rouhgly 100 feet away. Direct line of sight. A switch inside of my shop is connected to the bridge. From there the switch is powering the APs inisde and outside of the shop like all of my other switches. WHen the notification shows they have dropped from the controller, the internet drops out also. So its not just a case of a false controller notification.

quick question. The Bridge kit came with PoE injectors for each bridge. Those are wired in to the bridges. Now they are coming From PoE switches. So should I disable the PoE on the switch port that feeds each bridge. That's the only other thing I can think of that maybe running the PoE injector out of a PoE port is maybe screwing with the bridges and causing everything downstream from the client bridge to constantly drop in and out.
