Hello everyone on the forum! 

The iOS app informed me that an update was available for my NVR. When I clicked to update, the device automatically downloaded the firmware version, installed it, and then restarted. From then on, it started having problems. It always freezes on the TP-LINK screen. The few times it boots normally, it either freezes or when I downgrade the update, it says there was a failure verifying the firmware file. Other times, it says the file is already updated. I've tried the steps suggested by TPLink, connecting via a network cable and changing my notebook's IP address, but I always have the same problems when trying to downgrade the firmware. Could someone help me? Has anyone experienced something similar? Thank you all.

Thank you for your post. Regarding the screen-freeze issue you mentioned, could you please record a short video so we can see exactly what happens? Are you accessing the web GUI with Google Chrome? If not, please try using Chrome. When downgrading the firmware, keep the connection stable and make sure you upload the correct .bin file.

If not, please try using Chrome. When downgrading the firmware, keep the connection stable and make sure you upload the correct .bin file.

Yes, I'm using Google Chrome. And I'm using the firmware version listed on the label on the back of the NVR, which indicates version 1.0.
Here's a screenshot. I couldn't send the video because it gives me an error message.
But in short, every time I try to update, I get messages like: The firmware is not supported by the current device, the device is already updated, or, "Failed to verify the update file."
Could you please confirm which firmware file I should use?
The product label states: SN 22385j7000068 Ver: 1.0 Made in China

I've tried downloading several versions of the firmware for the device version 1.0.
