Dashboard missing on VIGI APP

Hi,
I migrated my local VIGI system to the cloud VMS and now I noticed that the dashboard is missing from the VIGI app and I cannot one button arm / disarm.
Is this normal?

1. When you mention the “VIGI app,” are you referring to the mobile app installed on your phone? If so, please attach a screenshot so we can see exactly what you’re seeing.
2. If your VIGI device has already been added to Cloud VMS, you can upgrade to the Enterprise Edition and then access the specific site/organization to view the VIGI camera.
3. Regarding “arm” and “disarm,” which exact feature do you mean?
- If you’re talking about arming/disarming motion-detection alarms, please note that even after the camera is added to Cloud VMS, the VIGI mobile app can still independently enable or disable the detection alarm.
