Cloud Platform not loading

I have been having issue connecting to my clould platform, It loads to about 90% and stops. I tried different browsers and got the same issue.

Yes, I was using omada.tplinkcloud.com. I was able to access it before. I cleared the cache and tried again and was prompted to save the page as a bookmark. It's ok now. I don't use omada.tplinkcloud.com anymore. Using https://use1-omada-cloud.tplinkcloud.com/ now. In addition to using this link directly, I change the browser to Chrome as Edge no longer loads it.

Thank you for your post. Have you tried accessing the platform from a different device? Is the URL you’re using https://omada.tplinkcloud.com?Were you able to access it normally before? You could try changing your PC’s DNS to 8.8.8.8 to see if that resolves the issue. Perhaps you could record a short screen-capture video so we can see exactly what’s happening.
