I've been wanting to obtain an OCNA and VCSA Certificates for personal use, but there's only few instances of training available in the Philippines, but only in some cities. I can see some online courses on https://training.tp-link.com/ but they are overseas. I was planning to enroll online, but I saw this: "The instructor may NOT be able to process your course application if your actual location doesn't match the location of the course. Please make sure that you are located in Singapore before continuing to enroll." 
I do hope there will be training available in Cebu City and/or Dumaguete City as well.
