SG2008P v3.20 switch suddenly rebooted by itself - cannot find any relevant log

hi all,
my central SG2008P v3.20 switch powering 3x EAP615 and interconnecting the ER605 gateway and server switch suddenly rebooted today in the night.
There is no log or trace - only message visible in controller was from the gateway, that downstream port went offline.
Reboot is obvious, as the switch and all three connected APs have the same uptime from this night.
And no, there was no power outage, as this would affect all other devices too.
Any idea how can I find out what happened? I've downloaded the "Device info", but all included logs starts with the boot - no previous activity..................

Thank you for your post. Could you clarify whether this issue occurs frequently or has only happened once? After a reboot, the device info logs are refreshed, so no relevant records remain. Please keep an eye on it; if it happens again, we recommend that—immediately after the problem occurs—you access the switch CLI via console/SSH and collect:
- show logging buffer
- show running-config

I think there is something going on with SG2008P v 3.20.13
Two of mine have rebooted by themselves, another has just gone completely offline and I will need to go to site and physically reboot it. Upstream switch port shows the port has no link.
I have downgraded the rest of my 2008P switches back to 3.20.10

Hi @Ethan-TP,
till now it happened only once, but if you noticed post from @GRL I'm apparently not the only one experiencing sudden reboots of SG2008P.
I've tried the "show logging buffer" command, it shows detailed events - but only since reboot..........
Please consider to escalate this issue to developers.

Thank you for your feedback. Please collect the following information for us:
Power Supply:
1. Whether the original power adapter is being used
2. Mains-power specifications
PoE:
1. Number of PD devices, plus their PoE class/type
2. Normal-operation PoE status (see the screenshot location or run the command show power inline)
Other:
Command outputs:
- show logging buffer
(Preferably taken on the firmware that exhibits the issue; even after a reboot it may still contain traces from before the restart. Please wait a while after the reboot before collecting this data.)
- show running-config

Hi @Ethan-TP,
my answers:
Power supply:
- yes, original one
- standard SCHUKO wall plug with the same voltage as my other devices
POE:
- 3 pcs of EAP615-Wall(EU) V1.0 identified by switch as PoE+(30W)
- current total consumption of the three EAP615 is 12.6W (of 62W)
Logging buffer:
please find it attached - I see there nothing about the cause......
