Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 2.3.0

Hi,

I recently turned on deep packet inspection to see the application classifictions within the controller UI (awsome BTW) and noticed that traffic identified as Dysney+ is classified as Enterprise services when it should of course be classed as streaming. Doesn't sound like a big deal, but badly skews the stats.

Hi  @Tescophil

We were not aware of this.  This is because the router identified the app’s traffic as Enterprise Services.

We have reported this situation to the relevant team to enhance the app’s traffic identification capabilities. Thank you for your information and feedback.

Hi  @Tescophil

Thanks for posting here and the feedback.

To better understand the situation, please share a screenshot of your controller's Device page, which will help us identify the specific hardware and firmware versions of the SDN devices you are using. Additionally, please let us know the type of controller(hardware or software) you are using and its firmware version.

To verify, can you please let us know what kind of APPs or Disney websites did you use? Thanks.

There is only one Disney+ app available in the UK across various platforms eg. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.disney.disneyplus
