Any way to reset devices on a "lost" account?

I apparently set up two of these devices at some point in the past (I have 2 sets of these EAP215 bridge kits) just to see how Omada worked and then shoved them back in the box. None of the "usual suspects" (my email addresses) work to gain access to delete/release them so I can add them to an actual account.

Is there anything I can do to be able to use a set of these that are otherwise currently just garbage to me? The second set is still sealed in the box.

I can't find a TP-Link support spot to send the serial numbers so maybe they can tell me the email address these are associated with.

Hi  @GlenO

Thanks for posting here.

Reset the EAP: with the EAP powered on, use a pin to press and hold the reset hole for about 8 seconds until the LED flashes green-red-yellow to factory default settings. After that, you will be able to access the web interface with its default account admin/admin.

@GlenO You should be able to factory reset via the physical button on the devices.

@Vincent-TP Thank you, I was under the impression that it (serial #) was tied to an Omada account and had to be reset there. Using the factory reset pin released it entirely.
