How to Allow Mobile Apps on Unauthenticated Portal
How do I allow certain apps to be accessed even if they are not authenticated on the portal?
Do I need a new hardware for this?

The domain name which contains a wildcard (*) is supported, like *.google.com. One domain name with a wildcard (*) can match multiple subdomains.

You may try with this wildcard * .

@NeilR_M Hi Thanks for replying to my query
Just wondering if there are ways to have mobile (android/ios) ewallets or banking apps allow on pre authentication,
because if try that on Network Config > Authentication > Portal > Access Control > Pre-Authentication Access List
does that mean I have to pre-authenticate every single domain / ip that those apps are calling?
Thank you.

@ThesisIsReal Depending on the model, you should be able to allow certain websites to be accessed even before authenticating to the portal. In Standalone Mode, it'll be shown under "Free Authentication Policy". If the app is just used to access a specific website, like social media, then you should be able to add the URL of that site and have the apps work.
